Due to a lot of small things that have been building up over the last week i have decided to resign from my SOG guild master place tonight. There is a lot of reasons for this, but the ones that stand out are the apperant lack of the current group of officers to work together properly, even simple matters turn into huge debates.

As I see it it's you who having a problem - you sitting on everything in the guild, banks and ect and tells others officers to shut up if they don't agree with you, that's bad leadership.
 
And you gkick of me shows it in action.....

After the last issus among the officers I have think over that is maybe time for GD to move somewhere else and after todays announcement of resignation it's time for me to do so.
I will after tonights meeting announce it on the public forum.

I think "when" have been stated:

Raid groups will run at a 3 day schedule, using the days SOG used before: Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. There will be around 4 members per class per group, and an attendance requirement of around 75%. Should this requirement not be met then more people will be recruited such that the raid is always full. Members that are unable to raid must take action to let an officer know they're not coming.

Where - I think that should be up to the raidleader and his helper where they want to go and put it up on the sign up site(in advance).

Hmm i saw him come online yesterday!
Think hes still in guild, just was afk due to he was moving to his own place, and waiting for the internet!

Jep - he was online yesterday - did not have TBC before.

Good idea but will have to agree with Siff, this could divide the guild even more and that's is not what we need atm.
 
Maybe we instead need to think over what Bob have said in Battle Plan part 3: To TBC-Raids and beyond!
