You

The name is Jesper, im from Denmark, 24 years old, im living by myself. I work as a strategic buyer (office stuff ;))
What kind of internet connection do you have? 12mbit!
What are the core specs of your computer? 60fps at all times!
Been playing video games since Commodore 64. Been playing wow for 4 years.
I have raided with Teaelle in SoG for a couple of years. Was in RG2 and did MC and BWL. Came back to wow about a year ago and started raiding with Knights of Vengeance. Became an officer and hosted 25man Naxx and took the guild through all 4 quarters except Thaddius.
The reason why I am applying for your guild is that my current guild is falling apart. Officers are leaving due to lack of dedication.
I do play on my lvl 80 disc priest - Angelich

I like to raid. Im old school and know how its like to wipe week after week on a boss - So Im prepared for Ulduar ;)

Name one thing you don't like about WoW in its current state. I dont like that you can faceroll everything.

Your character

http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Aszune&n=Decayer

I like to play a Death Knight. It has a lot of possibilities. Have always been the top DPS in KoV and also tanked Naxx10 man. Being able to do both is awsome :)
What do you think your class' role is in raid content? DPS!
Ive been playing all builds this class has to offer. Both tank and DPS and dual wield. Ive come to like Unholy a lot as it feels most like the way DKs were intended

This guild

What do you look for in a guild? A fun, social place mostly. Raiding is the bonus :)
''Dead Men Raiding'' - What comes to mind when you see that guild name? Army of the Dead?
There are other guilds on the server, why did you apply to us? You ambition level seems to fit mine real well. I know TL from the old days and like his influence on things :)

I have read your other posts on this forum and it sounds like a guild I want to be a part of.

Annoying questions

A guildie says something you find offensive, what do you do?
Facepalm with a pie!

The Clean Up / Bye SoG
January 30, 2007, 06:53:02 AM
Not an easy post to write but never the less it is something that has to be done! As of last night I left SoG. I havent played on Nef in TBC and I have swapped my main to my warrior.

The reason for this is that many of my friends including RL friends have either stopped playing or moved to another guild. I have joined the Danish guild The Valhalla Knights with my warrior Arc.

I hope there are no hard feelings and feel free to whisper me in game if you need help with anything or you just want to chat.

I want to thank you all for making this a year that I will never forget. A special thanks goes to RG2 which made me look forward to every Tuesday and Thursday.

The Clean Up / Help!
January 19, 2007, 11:18:50 AM
If I was in that dilemma id go buy TBC and some game time. Then go lick the dirt of the walls or eat cockroaches so you dont die and loose game time when running from the Spirit Healer to your corpse!

The Clean Up / The funniest WoW prank ever.
January 18, 2007, 10:06:08 AM
QuoteNot a lot of people know this ...

... When you die in a particular region, it binds you to the nearest Spirit Healer, meaning you can only be revived by the Spirit Healer in that area.

So, kill him in STV ... Then run him to EPL. Will take him about 3-4 hours to get his body back.

:roflmao:

The Clean Up / U having fun?
January 18, 2007, 07:07:53 AM
I know what you mean DA. I went to bed at 2am and had to get up at 6:30am!!

But it sure is great fun questing and "getting back to the roots" :narnar:

The only downside is that its almost impossible to complete the killing quests because of people zerging the areas. Even tho the mobs spawn fairly fast the areas are way too small to cope with all the players.

I have only been to Ramparts a single time so far which was great fun. We had a questionable pug with me as tank :narnar:  and after a 4 wipes or so on the dragon we finally got him down even tho I had 0 FR.

Im just a little worried that a group quite fast can empty an instance for loot. When it only takes an hour or less and there are 3 easy bosses it wont take long before that instance gets dull.

But in general Im very impressed. Blizzard has managed very well even tho Hellfire Peninsula has been flooded since the opening of the Dark Portal. There were some minor lag on Tuesday and HC went down once when I was playing. It could have been much worse.

The Clean Up / Don't think you are ubar.....
January 17, 2007, 09:19:11 AM
And we spend months raiding Razergore for nothing :lmfao: Pretty sure we put more time into raiding or just running around than he put into that project over the last couple of months

That is amazing. There lies hours and hours of preparation behind that project.
Good job indeed...

You cant really say that he is nonsocial as it only took him 28hours which is a lot less than you newbs will use to reach lvl 70. So now he can enjoy RL while his members struggle to become lvl 70 :D

That the instances are shorter suits me fine. Not fun to use hours in an instance once you have cleared it a couple of times.

Grommash Hellscream is the one who dies killing Mannoroth in WC3 TFT. He is the brother of Thrall...

Nice twist using his weapon :)

And by the way take a look at the whispers: Head of Illidan
