Essentially you gulp down as much of it as possible before your teeth freeze to the water bottle, which after a 30 minute shake is like the ice pole.

Message to BIG fellas. I don't know what kinda LANs you've been to. but this is probably not like one of them. We have spelling Bs, a crochet evening and poetry readings as well as a little CS.

That's a bit complex for me...

I usually just drink until liquids start coming back out of my various bodily holes!

This is usually a good indicator that I am full.
