This forum can handle good feedback as well as bad:

About 10 days ago I looked around at getting a new PC for the kids and ended up ordering a system from Norm (X-TremePC).  The timescale for delivery requested was tight.  But, I got confirmation of shipment on Wednesday with the tracking number and good as his word two new PCs arrived at my office yesterday morning.  Packaging was good and nothing was damaged.  Result:  two happy kids.

Norm loves to be used, you could always order some pc stuff from him afterwards too.
