Medic vs Assault

When you play Assault, unless you use the grenade launcher a lot. you should try medic. you get exactly the same firearm and you can sprint for longer. The down side is the lack of armour. but when you get wounded you just heal yourself. plus the added advantage of bringing your buddies back to life.

I don't really play either, I get too frustrated that I can't destroy tanks when i'm not AT so I prefer running around with a rocket launcher. The primary weapon isn't tooooooo bad on AT either. You just need to have a good shot which ofcourse i have...   :learn:

I have played Medic a few times lately (as squad leader on the Tactical Gamer server) - it's a good role for the Squad Leader I think.

Usually though I play Assault - I have really got into M16 sniping. The M16 on single shot can really give the opposition a hard time and snipers a run for thier money...

I used to find it hard to hit people on the 3-shot burst with M16 so resorted to the grenade launcher a lot - but now I find I can drop and loose a couple of single shots which do the job better than the full-auto burst (which is wildly inaccurate).

Yep I like assault and medic too. As I've bleated before I think medic is the most powerfulest class on the battlefield, infinite life is cool    I much prefer the medic weapon unlock though SA-80, as it also gives you auto fire and is even more accurate than the m16.
