A multitide of PCs is PCs not PC's.
One of the things that would put a black mark against a candidate. If they can't be bothered to get their CV correct then the job can't be that important to them.
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

Or try a recruitment agency, get them to do the footwork, and then once you find a job you like, leave the agency and get employed directly by the place you're working at.
