I have their 600k service and the guy who set it up said he would charge the same as the 128k service for the 1st month and quess what they forgot to change the price back to that of the 600k service! Am I going to tell them about their mistake........Am I feck! :twisted:

yeah, I'd say ur safe.  The NTL intranet forums are full of staff bashing the NTL machine for its TANGOups.

The best of all was one customer who had been given the full sky package and the phone and internet free for a year.... then when an offer came out giving cashback to those who had the tripple package guess what?  yes he was given the cash back.... he was being paid to have the service.... and wanna know the real piss take?

he was given all this to keep the customer as he was going to leave.  It turns out even when he was a customer he only had a phone line of which he owed 3 months of bills!!!!

the things they do to keep the customer figures up  :biggrin:
