problem with google video?

i seem to have some sort of an issue with google video with my (work) laptop. I get a certificate warning thingy (same with ie and with firefox) saying there's a valid certificate I need to accept to proceed but that the certificate belongs to //www.google.com, not video.google.com. On accepting this certificate I then get redirected to //www.google.co.uk and seem to be unable to view any google videos?
