A lil help needed

I need some advice from some of you guys who knows a great deal more about being a mage than I do.. I am currently killing time on my alt mage, and I am looking for a new spec..

So far I've come up with 4 different ones.

Fire/frost - 0/31/20 - the 1 point in Combustion could be put in Ice Block, and the 2 points in Frostbite could go to Piercing Ice instead.

Arcane/fire - 17/31/3 - The 3 points in Elemental Precision could go to Improved Arcane explosion instead.

Arcane/fire 2 - 21/30/0 - Pretty much the same as the one above, just moved 3 points from Elemental Precision to Improved arcane Explosion and 1 from Combustion to Presence of Mind.
 
Arcane/frost - 31/0/20 - The 2 points in Frostbite could go to Piercing Ice instead.
 
Now none of them are fully done yet I think, but Id like your advice.. The build Im looking for is suppose to be used in PvP mainly.
I really like being a firemage but all 3 trees got talents I wouldn't mind having..

Whats your advices?

I'd go for nr. 1 or 3. But don't waste talents in things like Imp. Scorch and Master of Elements and go for Impact instead.

In nr. 1 you see alot of the above and I would also change Combustion for Ice Block.

In nr.3 there's also alot of the Imp. Scorch and MoE stuff and I'd rather go for 5 in Impact and 1 in Incinerate then those 2 Talents. I'd also take away 2 from Imp. Arcane Missiles and put them in Arcane Subtlety for the Spell Penetrate.
