on-topic though - I've seen this sort of thing on forums here and there with people saying it worked for them. Not sure about actually massaging the screen with your fingers, but the idea of flicking the circuitry on and off enough tims to re-connect the pixel is pretty valid in some cases! One would hope with more cases in more recent times!

anyway, i just came across it in one of my rss feeds and remember ppl talking about dead pixels on there fancy TFTs.

Any use to anyone?

Hmm I got a dead pixel on my TFT so this might work, but wouldn't stressing all the other poor pixels be likely to cause them to fail?  <_<
