Its currently very much up, and we havent gotten to phase 2 yet. maybe soon.

Reasonably good once we got them synchronised and with only TWO people using them. They seemed to only spam an announce once we got to 33 dead, I would quite like to see a progression noted in raid chat, but from 33 upwards it was announcing and worked fine - and it seemed to synchronise with Nefarian landing so was probably fairly accurate.
