Considering new build for 1.11

I've been looking at it for a while, and after Blizz decided to make one out of two skills I need in the restoration tree trainable rather then a talent, then I have concluded with my build being something like this. For AQ20 I will probably lean more towards catform then Dire teddy, but for now I like the role of top teddy in ZG  8)

I've been giving a bit of thought myself too, but I would really like to see how that new 31 point talent in restoration is working out.  It says that it'll combine a regrowth and a rejuvenation into an instant cast, but I haven't seen anything about how much mana it'll cost, if there is any cool down or anything...  perhaps anybody knows?

254 Mana/ 15 sec cooldown

Pretty good stats, when the PTR will be more stable I'll spend some time in there testing this new Talent  :D
