New RG2 structure and how.

Id like to share my thoughts on how RG2's future is going to look, and "how to do it".

Attendance. We have to agree on the exeact number. Id like to see it as 8 raid days á month. Something like 6/8 attendance req.

Not automatically promoting best RG2 to RG1, as already postet by Vargen for all guildmembers to read.
C
Informing all RG2 players via ingame mail, saying something like; (suggestion)

Following the post on forum regarding raiding in SoG, we have to following to ask / inform you.

She has had exams and wound att. the next mounths as she has work all summer.

I can only agree with you, Sazgul.

But I think we need to find a replacement for Deadly really soon aswell so he can be release from he's duty in RG2 now where RG1 is almost ready to move on to AQ40.
I don't know who it shall be but my suggestion could be one of this:

That is correct GD, but however i can easy be used as replacement if the main RL is absence. The most important thing about RL is that the person have to be "dominant" and not afraid to speak up on TS. Those names you mentioned are perfect for this. Nxt we just have to evaluate thier leading skills

they also have to be intrested in doing it, so some1 has to go ask or silently nudge em to the post of TL where hes asking for raid and class leads

From the Announcement thread, I see more people are interested in this and furthermore I see people who actually rather would like to leave the RG/Guild if it's not going to happen

I think RG2 i mature for a change now. So if all like my idea above, ill polish it tonight, and post my finally idea. So any changes or ideas please be postet now, so they can be taken in consideration.

Then the post needs to be reviewed by the officers and approved by them, before we can continue any further.

I agree a lot here... its just *REAL* important that RG2 dont feel we abandon them, since thats not the point at all. Im sure that when RG2 comes to doing BWL, that some RG1 people will come along and help them getting started in the instance. The first battle is extremely hard to do the first times, so getting started on the right foot, is key imo.

Thus BWL is not right around the cornor for RG2, we will get there. And as you state it, its very important that RG2 dosent feel abandond, I think we need to make this very clear in the following forum posts / ingame mails to defender members. SoG's strength is the family feeling over it / frindlyness (is this a real word?) Thats what I love about it, this is what makes me never wanna leave, and great leaders btw.   None mentioned, none forgotten.
