I'm sick of "Pally-DPS"  

But I was wondering about Spiritus's wishlist, not to mention that it's very long but why on earth would he want Band of Forced Concentration? It gives +22 Damage and Healing and 1% Chance to Hit With Spells

Doesnt look too bad, cept spiritus who seams to want EVERYTHING there is to drop in BWL cept set items from other classes lol, not to mention hes worse then duplo with weapons, theres like 15 of them on his list

The idea was that we where supposed to link stuff that was out-of-the-ordinary paladin like therefore i didnt link that much since i really want ALL healing possible and that isnt really out-of-the-ordinary

I think it almost goes without saying that top 3 of my wishlist is:

Eye of Sulfuras
Lok'amir il Romathis
Rejuvenating Gem

Or whatever gives + healing is my first priority

Btw Kreuz, im tired of hearing you complaining over Paladin DPS or whatever. If people dont feel they have options in the raid, they dont want to play in the raids with us, and its easy for you to criticise when the only option you have is more dps. Try to see it from another perspective sometimes

Then you have one item on your DPS wishlist, cause that eye thingy is defenatly a loladin item  :whistle: Still its also good to see that paladins have thier healing sets handy, they make awsome healers

The hammer isnt really that important for me, its just because its legendary and has nice dps/fire resistance and i really feel it should go to a Paladin. Whether its me or somebody else can be discussed if we ever get a drop

Well as far as for the eye of sulfaras, if it drops I would want to give it to Secohan, as it is the only item he really has been after from the start.

I asked Spiritus about his list and he simply replied, I'm taking anything I can get. So I don't really think that is verry fair. But thatnk god it also means he has little DKP to throw around. He isn't even aiming for one cerain spec with his gear. There is some for Prot spec and some for retribution and some for spell damage. He won't just piss off the Warriors, he's aiming to take stuff from Warlocks, Mages, Priests, Druids, Rogues, Hunters and even tank specced Warriors. The worst part of it beeing he doesn't even see anything wrong with it.

As a general rule I think it is a bad idea to hand out loot to anyone that won't be using the item. If there are more then one person wanting it ofcorse.

well most ppl dont seam to unresonable and i know the duck uses his dps kit when hes soloing, so np there, but spiritus just is taking everything he can get his hands on, which is kinda like luthor hoarding dkp, you can, but its not supported and will/should be actively discouraged.

Just wondering here, but weren't you the one complaining first about the Paladins respecing while you were stuck as the only Pally with BoK etc? That time I told you that I think forced respecing shouldn't be done but you thought it should be?

Since when is loot comparable to blessings. The raid wont suffer that much if a paladin gets a mace before a warrior, but the raid WILL suffer if nobody has Blessing of Kings. What a silly comparison

Pallies are a hybrid clas,so wanting diferent gear for diferent situations is normal.


As to Spirituses  abnormaly long wishlist ,he has yet to take an item that vould do more good in another persons hands (when the other person is wanting it).
He ewen passed on stuf he von fairly in rolls "duplo  vould never do that,and spiritus do not bitch and whine loudly as I remember he did".
When I do strat with him, he is the tank for the trash mobs while I focus on the elites. This is why he wants tanking gear. He does a bit  of pvp and in pvp he may need a weird mix of gear to do whatever pallies do (fragstealing / living forewer /actually healing)

I want dps and prot gear.I wil not be respecing anytime soon,as I like the spec I got now.

Yes true, but thats a discussion about specs not loot. Thats another thing....

Like Ragnarh said, he is prot specced but would still like DPS weapons, so are paladins and my honest opinion is that people should get whatever they want with certain restrictions depending on what fits the raid the most generally. So thats why i didnt want people to respec to a build not having BOK, thats just not good enough.

The list mentioned seems fair enough though spiritus 1 is a tad long. But like rag said he pass on the items (at least he did) when another person beneficts a lot from it. So when he gets it, its prolly cause no one else wants it.
