RG2 BWL Comments / Issues!

Greetings.
 
Well we had a big problem with people feeling left out from BWL try. I must say we lost some great player for the first RG2 BWL try.
 
We need to figure out a more fair system for this as the rolling system wasent a succes.
- What do RG1 do?
- What can we do? - And inform players in advance how players is chosen to participate RG2
- Id like to make sure all players in RG2 gets their shot in BWL.
(I got, like other Marshalls, whispers all night, trying to sort out things with unsatisfied players)
 
- I see issues in some Class'es
-- Mazii please update us on Paladins, I feel we have some issues in this class, what do you say? :taz:
 
-- We need to have a look at Druids we are lacking real control over them atm. missing CL, need to appoint one pretty soon.

[EDIT] GREAT JOB in BWL btw, we did good, I can wait to go again - We got some issues to work out, but gotta say;  
We have some great marshalls atm.

Buford: Great Paladin does hes job
Sheperdbook: Same - when he has attendance
Daedelus: Same - great attendance
Richardi: Does hes job, but bitch ALOT over everything
Werful: Bad attendance, doesnt do what he is supposed to in raids ect
 
and me - I own everything (dps)
 
Regarding the over attendance, I feel rolling was wrong, we really missed atleast 3 really really good people who would have helped us very much. I think Attendance should count, even that it means some people cant get attendance then, they had there chance, but didnt take it - to bad. I dont know what you think about it, but roll is just bad I think.

BRIEF
 
 
After yesterdays problems with getting the right amount of classes for BWL, and making you roll to sercure your place. We feel, we need to bring in a new rule into effect to combat this.
 
 
Before the run last night, there hasnt really been a problem with sign ups with RG2, but as this is a new instance and requires more specific class layouts than MC. It will get a lot harder without taking specific numbers of certain classes, i do appologise if you had any issues with this last night and i hope having some rules set in stone will help.
 
 
Now the new rule for selecting who will stay and who will go will be calculated by Attendace, therfore rewarding those who show up on time for runs and who put the most effort in. This new rule will start immediatly which will help bring some structure to our invites.

*I hope something between these lines would be ok? Im pretty sure we discussed it on ts tohught id write it out and disect it to see what needs to be changed/scrapped.
 
On another note damn well done today guys you did a great job, im sorry if i wasnt to clear on some of my instructions and having my mic playing up didnt help (thanks Sif) but we can only get better
