As the commanders allready know i have taken a 2-3 week break from the 20 man raiding due to a few reasons. 1 I dont have fun anymore, 2nd would be no social life anymore due to raiding 7 days a week. 3rd the stress involved with all the raiding.
 
I will support the commanders in the meantime but will not join 20 man raids for now.

That means Field Marshalls and Marshalls will need to do invites and lead on a rota basis.  I did mine on Wednesday night.  Someone else's turn.

Ye good choice Luna... i know how you feel... same reason i havent Attended the most raid the last few days.... been so tired and angry and got so much RL stuff these weeks... but i should return soonish

hey guys.

I'll be available for leading a raid on tuesdays for rg2, and friday and saturday each week (usually - but not this week :S ), if i could cover the friday and sat raids while luna's gone im sure it must be possible for the other commanders to cover one each

anyway, if a FM/Marshall will be leading some, let me know and i'll sort you out with admin access to the signup site so you can do the adminny stuff. dont worry its very simple

Im having problems attending all the 40 man raids, so dedicating myself to more raid days is not an option for me. I'll be happy to help lead them when im actually there, but its not gonna be a steady thing for me

Is there any particular rule or system you use for approving?  I assume you just go on class balance and theorder in which they signed up - or do you try to rotate who gets to go to share the access?

i normaly go for raid balance and by the signed up time..

What i normaly do is the first 2 of each class due to singup time (except tanks) and then the last spots to a balance (good geared etc).

except sometimes if i know someones been in the queue previously and not raided for a while they might get a spot over someone who queued earlier, but has been to more raids recently
