Alternate Twins tac

Ive was atlking a bit with some people the other day and got a interesting tac for Twins of the currect doesnt work out...

The special about this tac, is that it doest require a warlock to tank Vek'lor, this can be done with a warrior..
Basicly no caster dps is on bosses, the bosses only gets dps'ed by melee on Vek'nilash.. Vek'lor can be tanked just by doing battle shouts and the switch agro...
All caster dps will go to getting down the bugs..

This is the basics of the tactic and ill post a more elaborate one laters when i got more time

Yes that's a valid tactic. The points to watch out for are (1) not to catch bugs in the tank aggro and (2) given how little aggro can be generated by the non-melee tank to watch our for the healers pulling aggro from the tank.

ime up for the challenge, should be similar to tanking domo.

but ime a bit confused on some other parts:

how will the melee immune boss die? will he die when his brother dies?

also a warr with 315 sr, if thats even possible, will be totally gimped on hp, and remember that welle need 2 tanks with that res

had a think about it and getting upto 278 isnt that hard but the last 37 is a problem maybe some runs to find bop items to make up the difference but could get upto around 200 unbuffed pretty easily then the 20 from AD enchants and 60 from priest buff makes number said

the fight doesnt need tankin stats and the HP can be helped with enchants and flask? seems to be a better tactic than the warlock one tbh but am still confussed as to if both emperors die when 1 falls

the threat generated from the shout and the switch apperently is more then enough to keep him running..
but ill try yo get the full tacs list posted when i get home

Yes it is the 'other' tactic, as the proximity aggro is all thats needed to tank 'lor. You arent doing any damage to him but just by being there keeps him where he is supposed to be (apprently).

They both live from the same HP bar so only doing damage to one will kill them both.

Everyone has neatly side-stepped and avoided comenting on these points, so I thought I would post them again for people to think about and reply to. I'm not saying the tactic doesn't work, I'm just asking for comment on these specific aspects.

hmm The healer AOE on the melee immume boss i am not so afraid off
is it not so that you get a load of agro just beeing close to him?
and that thunderclap and maybe some other warrior ability is ranked magic?
seeing as in a "normal fight" i have about 1 /10th of a tanks agro points asuming the ktm was right and that i can heal them with everything i got while training at razorgore and while multitanking at franky bug this would not be my major point of worry

Ye sorry for not responding on that part yet....
Didnt get the hold of the guy i got the tac from yesterday but will try today... But i recon you need a hunter to pull it off it a bugs gets caught..
