the rep carapaces isn't too bad, get 200, get someone a proxy, or ask anyone who already has a proxy to send you the fragments they get, people CAN help you here easily, I sometimes kill som bugs for CC rep quests (dull) and get to sell stacks of fragments, if anyone who has a proxy sends you some now and then it will be a big help.
