One of the ED rules for CS:Source is that SourceTV must be running.  Unlike HLTV, SourceTV must be run from the Server Good description here
The commands to setup SourceTV could be added to the MR12 and MR15 configs but how would the CS:Admin get hold of the file from the server and remove the old files?

Is he still able to see this?
I know I don't have alot to say in here but maybe keeping JB as a CS-admin might be a smart move so if we have any questions consearning ED-related stuff we can ask him?:g:

It was really aimed at the server guru's (OB/BB) but wanted to keep the other admins aware of what was happening.
