As we will no longer raid mondays and with our dedication going to BWL instead of MC i recomment the following.

BWL on both Tuesday and Thursday.

MC (RG2 Priority) on Mondays unit BC comes out. This is not forced on RG2 members and is in no another raid day and therfore others are allowed.

Reasons: The day is free atm and i want to get RG2's gear up fast, i feel at this time its right. I have spoken to 2 commanders about this and they dont see a issue.

Why not longer? I dont want to take monday away from commanders and only want it till BC comes out. This will allow resets before SOG MC ONE.

What do you think?

I agree on we need to gear up RG2 fast. So I hope that the low geared people will attend Guild MC runs, as for giving RG2 pri on mondays untill BC would imo be a good idea, if it doable. Thus we can make monday MC, and RG2 does MC on random Thursdays also.

The list of RG2 members in blues is not the shortest atm.

IF you move MC out of your official raid table it will be handed over to commanders and SOG One, there RG2 will NOT get any priority. Its a reason its called a open guild MC run, mainly because non raiding ranks can also pick up some loot (which might be handy later on, to have soldiers with decent gear to step up to RG1/2)

In that case ill hold Mondays as a Raid day for RG2 but not one that is recorded for attendance. That ok? :norty:

I think the Commanders have that night now, you need to be asking them!  If RG2 members book in for SOG One then let them book in some numbers to get their kit sorted quickly.  It has the same effect but is less work for Marshalls as Commanders are running it.  You also avoid the problem of having 2 x MC runs in a week which would make attendance for each tricky to say the least.

Well atm commanders have wednesday/fridays and the weekend. I cant see why having 2 MC's until BC being a issue as the reset would be wednesdays... And being half of RG2 still needs MC, in that case i think RG2 sohuld go back to MCing more...

Now that Monday is not an RG2 night they have Mon too.  All I'm saying is that you do nto need to push to get an RG2 MC raid done, just get those hwo need the kit signed up into the SOG One raid - they'll gear up quickly enough in there. If you really want to gear things up more quickly than that then do an RG2 MC run and DKP cost the items as normal.

I think it's a bad idea to skip MC because we need to send a message to new people @ we a good raiding group and can handle instance like MC very well or they can get the wrong picture of what we are, if they only see us wipeing time after time in BWL.

We need to teach people to work as team and in the way we are doing things (many new people have maybe been doing in another way in the guilds they are coming from).
Gearing up people can take some time if we stop MC because they will not have priority on the loot in SOG ONE raid and time isn’t something we have plenty of and we can’t force them to join this raid.

I will rather do MC every week so we could get a bigger chance in BWL, because I do think the fight against Vaelstrasz showed us, at we have lose a lot DPS since we downed he last.
