stepping down

this evening i asked to be demoted to soldier, and i just wanted to quickly explain why. the recent issues and changes in RG2 have made me question what i want from this game as it is, after all, just a game. i haven't been enjoying myself as much as i had been in raids, and i just think a break is in order. i do hope this break isn't permanent, and i absolutely hope that someday soonish there will be a spot for me somewhere in SOG.

i want to point out that i love this guild, am proud to be part of it, and that i'm sorry if i cause even more harm to RG2 by stepping down at such a crucial time.

i will still be attending the speed run on sunday night, as i'm so excited to be asked to be part of it. perhaps bad timing, but hopefully it will help to alleviate the weirdness of not being part of raid.

so all that's left now is to figure out what to do with my tuesday and thursday nights for the next few weeks...

But seriously - enjoy your break. Trying to push the limit when it's not fun anymore will most likely only make things worse, so than a break is much better.

... oh well, I understand where this has come from. Have great fun with RL, but I know that you will miss my witty remarks about your pvp skills, so you'll be back to get verbal revenge..
