Demotion

I am stepping down as Raid Leader of RG2.

I believe its the right decission ive had almost enough of the bitching, moaning, leaving etc that has been going on and i just cant take it anymore. I come online to relax have a laugh not to have straight away whispers about problems which are so pathetic, they should not even be asked in the first place.

Now i wish to remain in RG2 as a Defender so i am in no way taking the easy way out. I have really been thinking about this for almost a month now i want to lead but ive had enough of all this and at the moment i just want a break from it all and relax.

I hope you all support me in my decission and hope we can find a new Raid Leader. For those who wish to discuss this matter i shall be online tomorrow and a little bit now.

Well ill chat to you guys tonight and see how it goes. Lets at least get Mazii back in i know i dont want to but we need the numbers. Tonight we will take no ****, yes we will be light on people but no more being the nice guys if people are afk and dont say /kick.

I want to let you guys know that im still stepping down. It seems with tonights MC run even though i wasnt there is went ace, which is great

. There are many reasons why i want to be demoted to either Defender or Commander as i am currently job hunting. I also have a job in the works and it may not allow me to raid so i would rather have someone else take over the ropes.

The next thing is who will replace me?

I am very much wanting to still be in SOG and RG2 but just want to step down and allow others to do the work, and with the possibility of a move i really just dont have the time to be a Raid Leader and dont think it is fair to the others in the raid group.

I know we have lost many members recently and im in no way quiting just trying to take it easy.

I would really like this change to be done soon. So were do we go now?

I am sad to see and hear this but I will support you decision.

And as I told you guys on TS, I have apply for a spot in RG1 and hope I will get it, but no matters what, I will step down as Marshall but will stay until a new class leader are found to the hunters or at max 2 weeks from now on.

I fully understand you guys, and we had a nice chat on TS.

As for myself, I have no intention of beeing RL for RG2. As of now, im kinda struggling to keep up my moods and keep down my stress levels during raids. But for the time beeing I'll stay as a Marshall.

To be honest I've been considering a demotion myself, but will leave it at that at the moment. Due to the fact that RG2 is going forward again. But I'll repeat something I said on TS, I wont spend more time on gearing up a raidgroup. I kinda feel I served my time on doing so - So this time it better be good.

Also due to my RL situation, I wont spend my game time, beeing ****ed, and grumpy, I feel my wow time is to precious to do so.

My gf is concerned about my mental health sometimes during raids :roflmao:

Greatdanes I understand why you seek RG1 spot, and support it. DA, same goes for you, I fully understand the reasons.

That beeing said, we need to find a new RL, since neither Siff, GD, Wierd og myself wants that task.

As for raidleading for those upcomming raids i will ofc be stand-in raidleader however as i explained earlier i do not want to be the raidleader for good.
I still find MC fun though - ofc i would rather be on BWL, and i hope that this groups sticks together because a 3. building up gear is prob. not sure that is funny...

Im sry to see that u are stepping down DA but i support u fully.

Sry for not being that talkative on the Mc run last night but i checked and tryed to fix the healing idea :norty: and the result of it was very good indeed.

I have no doubt that we gone be the fast progressing RG2 again (never loose hope) And if ppl have complains after a run point them in my direction and ill try to help out with it:devil: .

Greatdance i fully understand u in your desicion and wish u good luck (idea for hunter class leader"Donniekingo" what about asking him about it)

I he would like it, Bunfur would be a good choice too, he dosent mind speaking on TS, he's mature, and know's his class better than most. Otherwise ill support DK also
