We appoint them, now let's write down what they should be doing.  We can then give them a copy so they are completely clear on their responsibilities and communication channels.

Dear ******

Once again congradulations on becoming class leader of the *****, this is a quick pm informing you of what we expect of you and those in your class.

You will need to be active in your class channel (as well as forums), making sure that people understand what they are doing and have the required mats and durability to raid.

It needs detailing - and it's not easy to do that but it will be worth the time spent.  If you cannot describe what it is you want them to do then imagine how they feel about it!  They need to know what their performance will be measured against and what is expected of them otherwise they will wonder around with a nice title and a blank look on their face!

Got some ideas:

1. Attendance tracking and slaping the guys with low attendance, only in they own class ofc.

2. Tracking what gear people in their class are missing, so the master looter can contact him/her if noone is whispering for a item and get information about is correct noone in that class miss a this specific item. Yes we still have DKP savers!

3. Tracking who in his class have been LIFO in the past so we not get the same guy LIFO every time. Most class do have start a list in they class forums but so we have the information ingame and don't need to tab out and check it on the forums.

4. Be the one who contacted new members by ingame mail and welcome them to RG2 and tell who they are and who new people can contact if needed, how to get on the forums.

5. Be the one who is tracking new people first 30 days and send a report or take contact to RL about their performance.

6. Be invite to raid 10-15 min before raid so they can give us the laters news from their class and we have the possibility to inform about if there is any special things we want them to do on the upcoming raid.

7. Give them immunity to the LIFO rule.

8. Ofc be on top on tactics at boss fight in MC and BWL.

This is just what I could think of on early Wednesday morning :D
