I just realised that I spent over an hour responding to stupid damn PMs from someone who insults me, cannot accept a majority decison and wants to write revisionist history - and frankly I have had enough of it.  I have worked bloody hard for the Guild as an officer and have now had enough of some of the petty bullshit that goes on when dickless people let personal hate overcome their responsibility to the Guild.  

GreatDanes, are a major part of this, congratulations on your achievement.  You seemed surprised that you got a reaction and could not understand why.  Well here's why:
- you repeatedly called me a dictator
- you repeatedly told me that you were not allowed to say anything during the meeting last night
- you repeatedly told me I rail-roaded you and the other Marshalls
- you told me me that all the Marshalls told you to shut up and "let me have my way".  (apparently they all think I am a dictator too)

If that's the way you folks think then you may as well go run the Guild yourself because I am clearly an influence you can do without.  GreatDanes can take all the fecking minutes from here on, you never know, he might even find his voice and speak into one of those many and long gaps in conversation that he completely missed last night.  L2Speak. :angry:

So I resign.  Find yourself a new FM and a new RL because I cannot put up with arseholes like this who cannot accept when a majority decision goes against them.

Imo none of this is correct as:
TL has his opinions and imo share his thoughts with us, we have a responsiblity to answer and come up with our own ideas. The fact that TLs ideas come though is that they are well thinking though (usually:rolleyes: ), and the fact that he is so deeply involved in SoG and the handling of the guild. On the meeting everyone has a chance to speak up, just say a word like "i have a comment, or just speak up" then you will get speaking time. I know cause i did so several times when i feelt need for speaking up. So that the marshals and you didnt get a chance to speak up is just plain wrong.
 
Imo TL doesnt "railroad" neither RG2 nor marshals, as we do things our own way and gets some good advice from the FMs mostly TL. I must say that i am very pleased with the way i have been treated as a marshal and am also very pleased to have something to say on the guild meetings, and the things you discuss and bring up are taken seriously.
 
I have never told Greatdanes nor any other marshal to "let TL have his way", as i do not see TL as dictator, but instead as a strong leadertype. I do not think that other marshals see him as dictator, as none of them have said anything of it to me.
 
I understand your fustrations with spending alot of time on things that have been discussed and agreed. (silence = agree imo) And even though one doesnt agree on one topic there is the majority on it that agrees.
For one we dont decide if RG1 gets in a outsider player and FMs dont decide if we take in a outside player nomatter if they have been in one of the raidgroups before. The only thing that they asked of us, was our opinions about it and perhaps to get an insight why they left in the first place. We have no ruling about who RG1 sees fit for thier raidgroup, other than none of our own members.
 
I really hope you will change your mind and that ppl will start speaking up when there is a meeting instead of sitting in silence and bitching about it afterwards, as that is what a TS meeting is for - discussion...
 
If you decide not to change your mind it will be a great loss for RG1 as RL and for the entire guild in all, as of the work you put into it...

Sorry to hear this TL, and I deeply hope you reconsider. As I see you as the heart of SoG, not many have sacrificed themself for the sake of the guild.
 
And a few comments, I dont ever belive we(GD execptet) have told anyone that we should let "you have it your way", I have never stated this. If I dont like something I'll tell, and cope with descicions where the majority have voted. It's called democracy. You dont have to agree, but follow the majority.
 
I really dont want to comment more about what GD said, I'll leave that to him.
 
And as for the meeting, if you dont speak, you agree. I didnt say much, thus I agreed. There were many ideas, and as always ideas which beats mine. .
 
With you resignation TL, I see the drop that makes the cup float (at least the expression on danish is a good one, so I hope the english one suits).
Im pretty sure a lot of FM's / M's are thinking the same as I do now, "It's just not worth it anymore" - And reaction could be to resign. - Thus leaving the guild to decay.
 
As you once said yourself "It's all worth it in the end" - That sentence, I belive, saved RG2 in the darkest hours.
 
Hope there's a solution to this, as I cannot imagine SoG without TL in the leading part. If not GL m8.

I was only protesting on this "7.c. Agreed that Ms had not issues with current applicants who were ex-RG2".
 
1 Marshals was allow to comment that in the meeting, I did try several to talk on that but was every time drowned by others and when I did get through the meassage was, you are to late with that, and it is his words who stands in the minutes of FM/M meeting report.
You now tell me that bases on what the FM and M did agree on. And here I am protesting because I think is't wrong that FM can decide what Ms / me shall mean/think but I can see the logic in it, because if only Ms was include and out from what they have posted on forums and if they still stand by this there will have been a issue and by saying FM is include it's out of the way.

Nope, I did not say the Marshalls have said that to me, that's you saying that.
But yes I did get advice saying: Shut up etc etc some times ago.

TL had my if not all the FM's full support last night, and the reason for the meeting was to let everyone's opinions be heard. For some it might be a problem to get through and there might even be language barriers here, but if you feel you have not been heard please make use of our forums. NOT personally attack and single out one officer like this.
