For a guardian application I'd say no (due to both lack of experience and gear).
 
I'd say he's been on about two MC runs, one ZG run and a AQ20 run, based on his rep levels; he's only just honored with AD as well, so he hasn't been on many scholo or baron runs either. Consequently his gear isn't all that good, definately not good enough for a guardian.
 
Maybe we could give him a shot in RG2, since RG2 has two chronicly open druid spots (If both he and the marshalls agree to this ofc).

We're getting free respecs on wednesday, so ....
 
But non of the current druid specs makes you a 'bad' healer. 30 feral / 21 restro for example is pretty nice for healing actually. 20% more mana, but -10% less +base healing on spells (and no swiftmend) vs a restro druid. With this spec you can de-curse and cure more and, in the shorter fights like in MC, you'll even be able to heal more then a pure restro druid as well.
 
But I agree that it might be better if he changes to a slightly more sensible spec for raiding, if healing is what he's going to do (which I expect he is); although it doesn't nessicarily mean that he needs to go full restro if he doesn't want too .
 
 
Slightly off topic (sorry I can't help it :narnar: ): I just have to say that feral is getting really interesting in the next patch (and in the expansion). Cats become very powerfull DPS wise and bears are going to take about the same amount of melee damage as your current MT (yes I'm serious), while also providing nice party/raid buffs. Although going feral in a raid setting does require a lot from your gear. If you currently have a well geared feral druid in RG2, I can definately advice to try it out. Maybe you won't notice the difference, maybe you will, but I'm sure the rouges and DPS warriors will love the +5% crit and 6% heal / 6 sec aura :norty: . In any case it's always nice to have a specialist as back-up. The same goes for all the non-healing specs of hybrid classes, to some degree or another.

OMG! never see set druid talents so bad 31 feral 21 resto :g: and more he have healer equip and some blue equip for feral......so just druids (full feral or full resto or full balance :blink: ) never can do it for max....this guys with this talents is useless but if he want change...so RG2 have only 4 druids active now.....:sad:

I have to say that he on my ignore list. I have been in guilds with him before. Im not trying to say that hes bad in groups etc. But he was just very degrading in the way he talked to me. I tried telling him, but he never got the message. so I put him on ignore.
