Jobs in guild

This list is to make sure that the work load gets passed among the officers fairly, any jobs missing please post them in this thread so that once we got a full list we can start appointing ppl to take care of certain jobs.

• Leader (Raid)
• Masterlooter (Raid)
• Attendance (Raid)
• Queue (Raid)
• Tactics research and development
• General strategy for guild
• Forum admining
• Recruitment
• Guildbank (General, sale of loot and buying of reagents)
• Guildbank (ZG)
• Guildbank (AQ20)
• Guildbank (AQ40)
• Guildbank (Naxx)
• Guildbank (MC & BWL)
• Guildbank future instances
• Strategic planning for SOG (Raid targets, and dates to aim for)
• Communications officer
• Webmaster (maintenance on DKP/Attendance etc)

Some of these jobs, like raid lead, and comm officer will have 1 officer per raid group. Officers appointed to possitions would have to keep control and manage thier bit, also making sure there is a substitute in case of absence (spesificly for raid lead, ML, and attendance)

OK, im allready the Webmaster on the DKP/attendance sites, ill keep doing that but could use another that knows how to do it, especially if im going to make that availability system TL wanted.

Oh btw if any of you know something about database modeling or PHP scripting, contact me please, could use some help with the development of that availablity system.

I think the Attendance (Raid) job should include Queue of members to the raid as they also should be added to the attendance and if the same officer is taking care of both that will be easier to manage.
The same officer could also manage the DKP during the raids, though attendance and DKP can be devided between two officers if they know eachothers jobs.

Maybe all the officers should have a bank char to spread out resources in case of hacked/keylogged accounts.
