Myself and the other Field Marshal would like to welcome our newest Field Marshal to the group: Theoline

Theoline will join the Field Marshal group to help managing the recruitment and helping to make sure that the Field Marshals dont get to carried away on raiding topics and forget all about soldiers :norty: . Anyone having ideas on what the guild could do more for these players can ask her to bring it under the attention of the rest of us .

We welcome the extra aid and hope the members will help make her feel at home while she settles into her new responsabilities.

The soldiers could be more entertained with 5 man instances or aquiring certain keys to specific instances. See it like getting the onxyia neck....you'll need to do jailbreak not much people are willing to help out on such quest. Maybe a system that can reward people slightly for their effort and therefor a the guild will evolve to more toons that are able to play certain instances....
