Server Tickrate and Choke

I have set all our CS servers to a tickrate of 66 as opposed to 100 to see if it improves choke at all.

How was server/comms last night (notwithstanding the Steam/Opposition problems)?

Would be handy to get some feedback over the next week or so.

I was getting the same choke that I was getting prior to the change.  I'll check the comms quality later as we used TS last night.
