Next Saturday looks fine. That way we can have the announcement on the forum pretty soon, and also start sending out mails, so that people have a weeks notice, which should be more than enough.

Both drafts look fine as well - only one minor thing: as Bastet mentioned, the in-game mailing system is limited to mail size, and your message is 12 characters (when I replace '((on this date))' with '17/2') longer than my original, and that is two characters too long.
But I guess that can be fixed by taking away "of SOG" in the last line or something

Akall has replied, looking unhappy about his alt. I would suggest we enforce the rules for alts, and ask that he requests reinvitation to the guild.
