as I said last time - those who want a t-shirt can quite easily get one done at a jessops (or similar) for around the same price as discounted online bulk deals. The embroidered polo-shirts seemed to involve a very high "set-up" cost due to the complexity of the image put forward. Simple, straight-forward text or blocky monotone designs for embroidery for decent prices IIRC!
