Begrip Gaming boss Vasili "individ" Richardsson has confirmed that legal actions will be taken about Johan "face" Klasson transfer to Ninjas in Pyjamas.
The Swedish player had signed a seven-month deal with Begrip Gaming in late January and had a clause in his contract which allowed him to talk to any team that made an offer of a certain amount.

However, and despite Ninjas in Pyjamas' interest in the player, the Swedish team refused to pay 45.000 SEK, approximately 6500 dollars, which is the price Begrip had stipulated for the Scandinavian talent.

Klasson decided then to leave Begrip Gaming on his own will, thus violating the terms of his contract which did not allow such action.

Begrip confirmed that legal procedures would be taken if Klasson was seen playing for another team before the end of his contract, which would be in August 2007.

Nonetheless, NiP stated today that Klasson is now a full-time member of the team and that he will start playing for the squad right away.

Begrip Gaming have engaged in talks with an attorney, in order to check the viability of this process in court.

"Would be good to take face to court but I will let the experts look at the case so that we won't be screwed by the legal costs," Vasili "individ" Richardsson told GotFrag.com.

"My attorney said that we have a good case so we are moving on."

Despite Begrip not being a registered organisation in Swedish territory, Richardsson stated that it won't interfere as Klasson signed a contract between private persons, which is valid in court.

If Begrip manage to win this case, the penalty that Klasson will suffer is still unknown.

"I don't know how much Klasson will have to pay but the most important thing right now is not the money it's about to set an example so we will have a more stable scene in the future."

sheepy

lol!

You have to have a legitimate reason to walk away from a contract, doesn't look like he had one!

Sheepy appears and begins to stroke my head. According to his slurred drunken speech I am "lovely and like a fuzzy felt". Thankfully he soon leaves and passes out somewhere. [/quote]
