My personal favourite is Least I Could Do by Ryan Sohmer, which is one of the few comics which has been able to actually make me laugh out loud.. Took me about 3 days at work to read through 3 years of weekly updates, where after I ordered the books (also awaiting the arrival of some of the t-shirts they sell). lfgcomic is also made by Ryan Sohmer and Lartist and is quite funneh aswell..
Comissioned is also fun (although mostly based on board-RPG which im no big fan of, it still make me chuckle at times (see sig))..
BMB productions is wierd futuristic comics, but I like the work..

also read a few other webcomics but the ones above is the ones I found good and worth sticking to..

I'm no expert in l33t speak myself, but I would guess it translates into something like:

P: the pain
S: ...
P: I need help!
S: ...
P: I need you to get the doctor. I got some bad pain in my chest, I need my pills.
