Sounds really good, as I'm a warhammer 40k fan myself.

I've also got the DoW games, there brilliant, so as far as a MMOG sounds great!

( And of course there will be little MMORPG factions on there, so that should be fun. )

Had a look at their webpage today.. Just a short one as there is a lot of information.. Will have a close look when I get home, but for now they got my attention.. Looks really nice so far!

Well apparently EA just gave a load of cash to the developers so they now feel they have to upgrade various things, thus moving the release date from this summer to the beginning of 2008 :sad:

Er, the 2008 release is for the fantasy style original Warhammer MMO, not the 40k one. The 40k one is quite a long way off yet.

They just confirmed Imperium as a playable race.

Orks, Eldar and Tau should be next. Possibly Dark Eldar and Necrons? Doubt the Tyrranids will be playable though as they are non-humanoid, or any of the minor races.

Chaos might be the major enemy faction so they might be non-playable as well.

Game looks like a Tabula Rasa/Battlefield hybrid with respawn available via dropships/pods.
