Illidan dead

The Black Temple has only been available for a couple of weeks since it was introduced in a recent WoW update, and EU guild Nihilum has already killed Illidan, the final boss and a well-known figure in the history of Azeroth. If that weren’t enough, a legendary item was also discovered â€" The Twin Blades of Azzinoth.

Didn't Nihilum take him down already in the first week after the patch? Think there was a lengthy discussion about it on the Aszune forums, and whether the end-game content has become to easy and so on... Can't be bothered to go find the link for it now though...

Yep, but don;t forget that they spent the previos 2 months on the PTR working their way through the instance with GM's alongside.  There is a blue comment somewhere that says that the guilds deep into and clearing BT spent a very considerable amount of time on the PTR raiding these instances with whole guild groups, so it's no wonder that progress is quick.  They are walking into encounters on the Live realm which they already know intricately, whereas most of us will have never seen them before.

They're obviously quite serious with that raiding stuff
 I think it was a week or so ago I was told they raided 28 hours in a row.. They didn't stop until the main tank passed out.. And I think they downed the boss before Illidan at 3pm in the afternoon on an monday aswell..
