@TL: My first thought was that what you said is a good idea. However, there needs to be a clear distinction about when we recruit people to fill a raid need and not, ref. the initiates-at-the-end-of-the-line policy.

One way is to just add our own meaning to LOW/MEDIUM/HIGH, saying HIGH is the only one that will make an exception from the normal rule, whilst MEDIUM will mean pretty much the same as LOW, only that you might have a bit higher chance to get a raid spot for instance?

Otherwise it wouldn't be that hard to update a post with "recruiting 1 druid and 2 shamans" etc, and just add a small line at the end with "but you can still apply if you know somebody in the guild" or something?

Yeah I was more thinking of the list of clases - it is easy for people to read - and you know when you need to make an exception because you will have changed it to HIGH.

As it is technically Monday now, at least in my time zone, I'll publish the posts now. I was also hoping I perhaps could refrain from entering the forum tomorrow, as I have my 3rd exam on Tuesday (and last one on Thursday), which will need a bit of extra attention from me :flirty:

Added TL's suggestion to the recruitment status thread, and I also add a small note about HIGH will be the recruitment need that will grant exception from the normal rules.
