hey guys, firstly like to know if any tailors can make the set to begin with

secondly, need to know where the best place a holy priest can farm the mats for the mights. primal mooncloth i can make (slowly) and i have 1 nether

Can make full set yes.

Best place for a holy priest to farm primals is with a shadow priest who can farm them 8 million times quicker than you.  

Nethers can be bought with badges, so just do Karazhan or the daily heroic etc.
I farm motes of water in the lake outside Shatt.
Motes of fire -  north BEM
Motes of Shadow - Delta Forge (the rigthhand forge on the map) in Netherstorm
Motes of Air - Elemental plateau
Motes of Life - buy
Motes of Earth - mine them or buy or farm in Elemental Plateau
Mooncloth - make sure you get a mooncloth specialist to make them (2 for the price of 1) and ask around in guild for other people to see if you can use their cooldowns too.  Also, you can make the other cloth types (as can your helpers) and you can then trade those for more primal mooncloth.

I'm a spellfire tailor, so you can use my CD to make those and maybe trade to mooncloth or something.. Don't know the value but 9 months ago spellfire was the most expensive of those cloths so you "should" get good money from them

i'm also oth. but we only make 1 mooncloth tough. but if abbath want, you got my cooldown for it
