Signup site question

when creating a new raid, how do you stop it from auto adding ppl the moment they signup for it?
 
so that all signups are all into queue

Tenilia told me this once: when you set up the raid, under raid limits, put 0 in all the class fields. I did it on the two new raids, so you can go take a look on how it is now
