RCONGUI Updates

Due to Steam borking a lot of the RCONGUI buttons, I'd like to change it to display more helpfull messages.  Here is what we have so far, please reply with any additions you would like:

Welcome! Type MOTD for server rules and enjoy your stay.
Want to play on our password protected server?
Bad language will not be tolerated and could result in a ban!
Type RULES in chat. Read and follow!
Not following the rules WILL lead to slay/kick/ban.
Those are the server rules, if you don't like them, feel free to leave.
Ts do NOT go beyond the no entry signs UNTIL the hostages are taken.
CTs do NOT go beyond the no entry signs UNTIL the bomb is down/planted.
This is a Tactical CS (TCS) server.
READ the server RULES.
Complete the objective AND play as a team!
Frag hunting is NOT allowed.
Friendly fire is on!
First CT to die swap to T please.
First T to die swap to CT please.
Use only ENGLISH on this server.
Please swap teams at map change.
Type motd to read server rules.
Your skill is not important....It's your attitude that counts.
Please show respect for other players.
Stick to the map objective or you will be slayed!
Don't swap teams, unless you are asked to by an Admin
Deliberate Team Kill will result in a kick!
Deliberate Team Wound will result in a kick!
CT's don't rush!!! you should be guarding the site!
T's don't rush!!! you should be guarding the hostages!

probably better as 2 seperate messages tho, as your average pubby has difficulty with long words/sentences

Yeah I was about to as for the same as Blunt... I like to follow up a kick/slay/ban with a message explaing why that person was admonished - 9 times out of 10 it's for an boundaary infraction.

The keybinds I have currently are:

bind "h" "ma_say hey ho"
bind "w" "ma_say hi and welcome - Please type MOTD to read our server rules. Enjoy your stay!"
bind "o" "ma_say Slayed/Banned for going out of bounds. DO NOT go past the no entry signs. Type MOTD to read our server rules "
bind "f" "ma_say Please watch the Friendly Fire - We're not Americans "
bind "l" "ma_say Watch your language - swearing is not be tolerated and WILL result in a kick/Ban"
bind "s" "ma_say CT's Do NOT go past no entry signs, if you cannot see those type retry in console"
 bind "p" "ma_say Nicely done"

Either way it would be nice to have an updated version

Could be incorporated in some way. Think some already are in there. You are missing this one though
