the AD could be very simple or very complicated utilising firewall tie ins and the such like with application sub links and no actuall server intercoms setup
(the AD will be the most expensive bit as its all cloak and dagger stuff to the general l'user/project manager (are Project managers and users the same???))

the LAN install will be very simple (run cables run out of ties use glue gun to skirting board etc)

installing the desktops and the servers into there physical location is back breaking for one person and the comms and server racking can look neat and tidy or like a spiders got drunk and wobbled about a bit in there...
