TEAM NUMBERS - What team should I join? (boomer)
When joining the server check the teams prior to joining. Disregard "swap teams at map change". Look at the score and the amount of players in each team and then join the team that needs a player. Of course if you are among the first to join go to "your" team (swap if necessary).

A guideline:

Teams are even in numbers and score is even (0 to +2) then join CT on DE and CS maps.
 
Teams are 7 vs 5 but team with 7 is losing by up to 3. Join the team with 5 players (swap if this causes unbalance further in the game).
 
Team are 7 vs 5 but team with 7 is losing by more than 3. Join team with 7 (swap if this causes unbalance further in the game).
 
Swap if the teams become unbalanced during the game. Say "swaps" in admin chat so the admins know e.g. Dr Sadako: swaps.
 
Keep an eye on the score board and look at it at before each round ends if you need to swap to balance the teams.
 
Admining while Senior admins are on?
If a senior admin is on the server you should act as follows.
 
Be the extra pair of eyes and ears to the senior admin. If you are dead and the senior admin is alive act as if you were alone on the server i.e. issue warnings, slay, kick etc as per usual. If banning is necessary consult with the senior admin if you are unsure.
If senior admin is dead help him/her out by telling them if someone is e.g. OOB. Tell the SA that you are speccing XXX. Prioritise the non regulars.
