Is there a way that the Section Admins could have edit access to their sections?

There is, but it's limited as it'd be pulled from a forum post so formatting can be an issue. However full access to the backend is possible but not on a section by section basis.

It all depends on what you want to show. For static info then get the text to any of the server admins and we can update the pages, if you want a dynamic page, let me know and I'll see what can be done.
