Hi guys I got hit by a pretty beefy virus last night I dont know how it got through my defenses but its now battling with my registery change blocker thing

I keep getting the blue screen of death giving me some bios warning!!

Not sure how long this war will go on for but hopefully I will win!

I can still access the forums but I'm not sure how long my PC will be down hence no CS :angry::angry:

Basically what happens is it takes an age to boot up then when it does something tries to change my registery which my Spy-bot teatimer wont allow with out me allowing
So obviously I select deny all and then it goes mad and the virus constantly trys to change the registry until the whole pc crashes!
I have no idea how it got in.

Well thanks to Nod32 fighting hard I managed to survive the attack using

Nod32
Spy-bot S&D
Reg Doctor
PC Pitstop
and Trend Micro

I had 132 Registry Errors, 3 Windows Firewall Hax and 313 Spywear.graywear programs.

Only thing I can think of is : I have been trying a lot of emulation lately must picked up a bug or two along the way.

Just glad to survive and had a wicked few games last night!

I'm a big fan of Nod32. But still if I'd have had that problem I'd probably have just formatted and started again, takes about an hour and saves so much grief...unless you forget to back up your my documents etc then it causes loads.
