T-Bag

Yeah, looks painful.
It also looks like it must take hours to reload, next they'll have to make a machine which reloads it. I prefer things a little more destructive (I don't do physics for the equations).
If I can get my hands on some more dry ice I'm sure I can make something a little more destructive for a fraction of the cost and construction time.
Instructions, take one small empty fire extinguisher, insert powder of choice till half full (choose between coverage - something light like Talc, or mess something with sugar in like nesquik or powder paint) Place in the bottom of the extinguisher, place an amount of dry ice in too (not too much or it could explode if the pressure isn't relieved) and seal up.
Place somewhere warm while the dry ice sublimes (goes from solid to gas). Keep an eye on the pressure gauge, and release when it hits green. (Should release a cold cloud of your powder)
The idea is similar to the dry ice bombs I've made with a coke bottle, warm water and dry ice...only with those I don't release the pressure.

[P.S the fire extinguisher works with Vinegar and Bicarbonate of soda, it's provided hours of fun]
Juggling Hard Disks over concrete floors ends in tears 5% of the time.
