He made a stupid mistake and got accussed of ninjalooting, not sure if i swallow his explination as given in the PM below though. I normaly dont go about clicking on loot items, rolled on or not.
 

It is all a misunderstanding. I thought the loot (hourglass of the unraveller) was rolled on, and i pushed on it and i looted it with a accident ;S
And the loot system was on "ffa".
Misunderstandings happens to everyone sadly

On it's own I would take it more seriously, but as we had a witness who is prepared to back up the story I am tempted to issue a stern warning and then be done with it

**** happens sometimes, and it was on ffa.. make him write an apology or something to the others that were in the party and advise him to be more carefull next time

agree with gorion, loot on FFA in a grp is bloody rediculous if its not a boost
