Just a first draft

As from Thursday TAB 1 of the guildbank will go public! The items in this TAB is avaiable for purchase at 50% of their AH value, and is a place where you can put items you feel might be of use to fellow guildmates.

I cant remember QUITE what we agreed on, so its a tiny draft, i will see if I can find it written somewhere how this was suppose to be handeled. Lay lady lay! But now, im gonna see if I can get Ubuntu 8.04 ADM64 installed on my laptop. Wish me GL

Lengthy but hopefully sufficiently detailed to explain all the changes in guild bank.  I believe this is pretty much what you discussed at your last meeting, but feel free to hack it about to suit what you want to do with the guild bank.  Hope it helps anyway.

SOG Guild Bank has undergone a number of changes.

The guild has purchased a 4th tab.  
All tabs are viewable by all members.

Tab1:  SOG Inbox
All members of whatever rank can view this tab.
All members of whatever rank can deposit items for guild bank into this tab, whether from raids or donations.
Officers will then sort items from the Inbox to their final destination tab.

Tab2: SOG Public
All members of whatever rank can view this tab.
Any item in this tab is available for sale to those of Member rank or higher.  
The price of the item is 50% of the current AH price.  If a member wants this item simply deposit the appropriate sum of gold and then withdraw the item from this tab.  
Please feel free to take cooked foods etc for free, but it would be nice to see you people deposit uncooked foods in return at some point!
Members or higher rank please feel free to cook and return any raw foods in this tab for use by members.

Tab3: SOG Officer1
All members of whatever rank can view this tab.
Officers can withdraw items or gold from this tab and will do to sell and realise gold for guild bank, or to place in public for a member to buy for a pre-agreed price.  
If anyone wants to buy an item in this tab please speak to an officer, agree a price, depsosit the money and the officer will make the item available to you by placing it in the Public tab for you to withdraw.
These items are available for personal use only, not for re-sale or trade.

Tab4: SOG Officer2
All members of whatever rank can view this tab.

Officers will also withdraw items from this tab to assist guild raiding.

Commission Sales
Valuable BOE blues and epics will be stored in Officer1.  If any member finds a purchaser from outside SOG (ie not a SOG member) for this type of item then please speak to an officer and get a price agreed with them.  SOG guild bank will pay a 10% commission on all such sales to the member who arranged the sale to a non-guild member.  Simply get the price agreed with an officer, the officer will place the item in the Public tab for you to withdraw and then you can deposit 90% of the agreed sale price into the guild bank in return.

The new arrangements for Guild Bank introduce an 'honour system' which relies on the integrity of our members.  Please make good use of these new permissions but please do not abuse the system.
