I heard about the problems last year so I thought it would be a good idea to open a complaints department this year.

You git! I just saw the failure one at work, started laughing like a fool. Then got stared at by people.

Srsly, can we helpz dem shares da internetz, or at least fix the wireless in the rooms?

I recall TL saying the conference room has a separate line anyway, so it wasn't down to us.
