Raid Sunday 20th KARA

Well i am livid.
Firstly:

• Why was ZA cancelled?

Second:

• If ZA changed to Kara why did it start over and hour earlier?

People who have rushed around to get things done and meals eaten have come on to find a raid already running. Now if they (including myself) have made the effort to get here on time what is the point in having a time to start?
If i had not been chosen even at the CORRECT time of start that would have been OK but this stinks.
 
Whoever made this decision to change place and start time has properly Cocked up. You have upset a lot of people.

erlier today it was put in guild message of the day that the raid was cancled.

this was going to be a ZA raid.

At this point it was said that we would try and get a kara run together.

This was MY decision to start it early. this was just to get 1st couple of bosses down, as i told steve (the only one to wisper me re this) we were going to change round the teams as soon as we had cleard the first part of kara, this is so that some of the ppl that rly need the gear for the first part but are not ready for the 2nd part would get some gear.

I personally dont see the problem and i dont know whats wrong as i had said that we would swap ppl in as soon as we could.

I apologise if i have ****ed anyone off doing this i was simply trying to gear up some other ppl in the guild


PS ZA was cancled for 1 simple reason not having the tanks for it. we need to gear up a plate wearer. what we are trying to do in kara

ZA at the moment is our goal ... Sunday night when we have the most sign ups available lets us field a reasonable attempt ... Stop doing Kara we fall back on that when nothing else is possible
 
ZA *is* possible for 3 bosses with Sheep or Jas offtanking  .. we need to work on speed and to do that we need to spend time in there.
 
I'm ticked of with this gearing up excuse too ... anyone who is raiding regular is getting the gear together no matter where we go ... as for jim being our new tank I'm sorry but i have spent many an evening helping up 2 of his toons I'm not doing a 3rd. Rochup altho lacking in skillz i would help
 
What we have shown is how not to organise a raid..... as for any other raids I was thinking about canceling them and just running whenever I see 10 on-line :g:

I too heard that the raid was going early just as i was getting my dinner (early as my wife likes to scorch early in the day !!!)
I can appreciate the frustrations !!

i do understand frustrations.
I apologise for the way it was handled. I can honestly say that i think that my tank is FAR to undergeared. im only @13.3k health! max that would get to is about 15.5-16k raid buffed which is no more than 1.5 seconds on the bear boss as my tank is not crit immune and has very little dodge.
