Anyone ever used it to sell their car privately?

Any pitfalls or things to avoid?

Thanks.

I have used the site many times to sell my own as well as family's car's, its by far the best way to sell you car in the uk.

They have competitive prices good customer service and a huge amount of viewers, just register the car on the site don't bother with the magazine as the car usually sells within days, i have so far sold 4 cars on the site all being sold within 3 days!

Have only praise for the company.

Ninja - I'd also highly recommend www.pistonheads.com/sales - Pistonheads is an excellent site - the search isn't as good but I've bought and sold a few cars on there - including my latest Golf Gti.

Both are very good, I used Autotrader and paid for a 6 week internet only and sold it with 2 weeks you loose you money for the rest of the advertising but it the best place to sell.  I even found my baby on it!!

Pistonheads are great as well, test drove a couple and they were pretty good.

Good luck Ninja, what are you buying?

I used it a fair while ago and it was fine.

What are you selling?

I've sold a couple of bangers in local papers over the years, and get inundated with phone calls long after the advert went out.

and I think I've found the perfect pimp car for ninja
