In the last officer meet Tanales offerd his help as on officer / advisor..  I would have no problem with it

Tanales is a fine individual, my only concern might be that he does not have the online time to warrant the position.  He has taken Wow breaks several times now and is not online a lot even during his 'playing' periods.  With no disrespect intended to either Tanales or other officers, I think we need more activity and more online officers, not more offline officers.

However, it does raise a question as to who online officers might be and how we can improve those numbers.  I know that usually when I look for someone online for a heroic there is rarely anyone on in SOG which makes for a lonely life if you are.
