Two quick questions

Two quick questions from a relative COD4 MP newbie:
 

• How do I use the bomb when I get to the bomb site?  It's not like CS where I can select the bomb as a weapon.  Do I just press the use key when I'm at the bomb site and I have the bomb?  Does the same key apply when I want to defuse the bomb after it's been planted?

• How do I use C4 when I select that as a weapon?  Any tips?  When I select that weapon all I seem to get is the detonator - am I doing something wrong?

When your near the bombspot it says what to do.
I think it's press "F" or "G" to plant.

But for planting won't it depend on what my key mappings are?  There's no generic defuse/plant kep mapping in the controls section.

C4 is an addon weapon so I think you need to press "5" to get it (same as if you had a claymore or a nade launcher)

Then yes, it would depend on which you set it at.

Of course - doesn't everyone?  I try and map them as closely to CS as possible so I don't have to think too much

+1 I'm torturing myself at the moment trying to optimise my keybinds. i.e. do I REALLY need the peek feature? Methinks no. Time will tell.

+1 I'm torturing myself at the moment trying to optimise my keybinds. i.e. do I REALLY need the peek feature? Methinks no. Time will tell.

Ron, I use the peek alot for sniping around walls and such.
There's also a few nice staircases you can shoot from but you'll need peek for it to shoot your opponent.
